The Problem

Education records should
never be lost

Students change schools, parents relocate, schools close. Yet academic history is scattered, duplicated and locked inside individual institutions. TrustRecord changes that permanently — with SchoolCore as the product schools use to digitize and publish records.

Records Get Lost
Paper-based records are damaged, misplaced or destroyed. Digital records trapped in one school's system disappear when the student leaves.
Transfers Create Chaos
Every school transfer means starting a new student record from scratch. Academic history from previous schools is abandoned, not transferred.
Verification Is Impossible
Universities, employers and government agencies cannot verify academic credentials easily. Certificates are forged. Genuine records go unrecognized.

Enterprise Security

Built with enterprise-grade
security from day one

Large institutions — schools, universities, government agencies — require security that meets the highest standards. TrustRecord and SchoolCore deliver it by default.

End-to-End Encryption
Sensitive data including bank details, payment PINs and passwords are encrypted using AES-GCM and SHA-256 hashing before being stored. Even a database breach reveals nothing readable.
Cloud-Native Infrastructure
Built entirely on Firebase — Google's enterprise cloud infrastructure — with real-time synchronization, automatic scaling and 99.9% uptime. The same infrastructure used by Fortune 500 companies.
Access Control Per Role
Every user — admin, teacher, student, partner — sees only what they are authorized to see. Role-based access control enforced at the database level, not just the interface.
Full Audit Logging
Every action on the platform is timestamped and logged — who created what, when results were published, when pins were generated. Complete accountability at every level.
Tamper-Proof Records
Once a result is published, it cannot be altered without admin authorization. Every result slip carries a unique verification code that confirms authenticity from any device, anywhere.
Scratch-Pin Authentication
Results and fee payments are locked behind physical scratch pins purchased from the school. This creates a two-factor system — digital platform plus physical token — that prevents unauthorized access.

Permanent Identity

The student record that
follows them everywhere

Traditional systems start fresh every time a student changes schools. SchoolCore does the opposite — one ID, one history, forever.

Step 1 — School A
Student Joins SchoolCore
The school admin creates the student profile. SchoolCore generates a permanent Student ID — BFA-2026-0042. This ID belongs to the student forever.
Permanent ID Generated
→
While at School A
Academic History Builds
Results are published, attendance is recorded, fees are tracked, awards are given. Every record is stored permanently against the student's ID — not the school.
Records accumulate
↓
Step 2 — Transfer
Student Leaves School A
The admin marks the student as alumni. Their enrollment at School A ends — but their Student ID, results, attendance and history remain permanently on the platform.
Marked alumni · Records kept
→
Step 3 — School B
School B Links the Student
School B admin searches for the student by their existing ID BFA-2026-0042, sees their full school history, and links them to School B in one click.
Linked — no duplication
↓
🎓
One student. Two schools. One permanent record.
The student logs into the student portal, enters School B's ID — and sees their complete academic history. Results from School A are still there. New results from School B appear alongside. The same ID. The same password. Forever.
Zero duplication
No paperwork
History preserved
