1. Platform Overview
SchoolCore is a unified educational management system that connects schools, teachers, students, and parents through a secure digital identity system. It is designed to store, manage, and verify academic records.
2. User Accounts
Every user (school, teacher, or student) is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse of accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of their academic data. However, SchoolCore securely stores and processes this data to provide system functionality such as result publishing, verification, and reporting.
4. Academic Records
All academic results published through the system are considered official once verified by the school administrator. SchoolCore is not responsible for data entered incorrectly by school staff.
5. System Usage
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt system operations. Any violation may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
6. Privacy & Security
SchoolCore uses secure Firebase infrastructure to protect all data. While we apply strong security measures, users are also responsible for protecting their accounts.
